In this new podcast, Anita Holford, co-editor of Music Education Works, is talking with Penny Osmond, workshop and choir leader, about her singing work with new mums who have perinatal mental health disorders, including the first randomised control research by Professors Rosie Perkins and Daisy Fancourt. 

We talk about:
