Dr. Joseph M. Pisano is currently the Associate Chairman of Music and Fine Arts at Grove City College where he is an Associate Professor of Music and Music Technology and serves as the Associate Director of Bands. Grove City College is a private, four-year institution located in Grove City Pennsylvania.
Pisano is an active instrumental ensemble conductor, ensemble adjudicator, jazz trumpeter, and technology expert. He holds academic degrees from multiple institutions including: Grove City College, the State University of New York at Binghamton (S.U.N.Y) and Kent State University where he obtained his Ph.D. is Music Education with a Doctoral Minor in Instructional Technology. He has written numerous articles, publications and compositional anthologies, and is an active music, education, and technology lecturer and clinician.
He currently serves as the Music Education Guide writer for In-Tune Monthly magazine and is the founder of the very popular music, education, and technology Website, MusTech.net, the founder of the MusicPLN.org, and the Newest Global Source for Music Education News, MusicEdNews.Com.

Andy Zweibel was born in Chicago, and raised in the city’s suburbs of Evanston and Northbrook. He became involved at Glenbrook North High School on the band staff, serving as librarian for his sophomore and junior years, and a Drum Major for the Spartan Marching Band his senior year. He was accepted to the University of Miami Frost School of Music for a degree in Music Education, and began his studies in Coral Gables, FL in the Fall of 2007.
He is an active participant in the University of Miami Band of the Hour, as a section leader for the 2008 and 2009 bands, as well as the band captain for the 2009 season. He is also an active member of Tau Beta Sigma, the national honorary service sorority for members of the college band. He also holds the position of President of UMiami’s chapter of the Florida Collegiate Music Educator’s National Conference.
He is founder of the very popular college music education major site: MusicEdMajor.net. In addition, Andy developed and first implemented the concept of the #MusEdChat (Music Educator’s Chat) on Twitter. He and Dr. Pisano co-moderate the Music Education Chat every Monday at 8:00 PM EST.
